    Job Description

    The Sales Consultant is a key contact position with all customers.  The Sales Consultant will manage all inbound sales and customer service calls, deliver a "wow" experience to customers, and follow-up on customer needs and requests.  Inbound Sales Consultants work closely with local tunnel sales and operation teams and will assist in the implementation and execution of the IFLY's sales plan.

    Responsibilities

    • Process inbound sales calls for the company to create a positive experience for customers and to take care of their needs by explain the iFLY experience, creating opportunities, providing the requested and necessary information to book flight time and enhance their experience.
    • Specialize in the group sales category and cross supporting all others.
    • Establish follow-up activities for customers through the company CRM.
    • Demonstrates selling skills and product knowledge for all product groups and give an effective presentation over the telephone.
    • Complete understanding of the company pricing model, opportunity creation and follow-up.
    • Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
    • Maximizes all opportunities and the process of closing a sale resulting in achieving the company sales targets.
    • Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers.
    • Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone conversations.
    • Use the company CRM and the Sales Plan to prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets to meet the sales goals.
    • Maintains accurate records of all sales and activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities via the CRM.
    • Work cross functionally with the Group Sales to ensure customer needs are being met.
    • Manage customer service through regular customer follow-up on opportunities.
    • Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments of packages and offerings.
    • Upholds and executes the company brand, values, philosophy, ethics, culture and integrity.



    Qualifications

    • Must be positive, energetic and enthusiastic
    • Strong communication skills, well spoken
    • Must be organized and driven to succeed
    • Must be a team player, punctual, dependable and reliable
    • Must be outgoing and passionate about sales
    • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, word, excel and outlook is a pls
    • High School diploma or GED, Associates degree preferred
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Must be detailed with excellent follow-through skills
