The Sedona Group currently has a Customer Service Representative opportunity in North West Austin. Please note that we are looking for Customer Service Representative with 5+ years of experience. A good candidate for this position would be someone who has had previous lead or supervisory experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Answer incoming calls from a queue; respond to/resolve claims in accordance with department policy/procedure
•Make outbound phone calls to gather missing information
•Maintain a minimum production average of 50-75 queue calls per day, and quality performance on phone call monitors of at least 95% monthly average
•Assist with a variety of clerical duties on an as needed basis (send out denial letters, update NIS claims, etc.)
•May be assigned special duties, such as performing price checks (NOTE: employees who are assigned special duties have no phone call production minimums)
•Keep up to date on department policy/ procedure updates and changes
Note -- within 90 days of employment, employee must meet the stated production and quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Minimum 5 years of customer service and call center experience
• Must have excellent critical thinking skills
•Typing speed of 40 wpm
•Proficiency in MS office and Windows-based applications
•High school diploma / GED
•Ability to work independently
•Proficiency with fax machine, copier, printer, telephone
•Excellent time management skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication
•Excellent dispute resolution/ customer service skills
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Salary: $14.00/Hourly
