    Position Title: Remote Agent - Remote Customer Service Representative

    Position Classification: Hourly - Full Time, Part Time

    Must be available to work Monday through Saturday 7:30 AM -9:00 PM.

    Reports to: Customer Service Managers

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Answer incoming and making outbound customer service phone calls

    • Provide excellent customer service in call center environment

    • Handle daily tasks in department including, but not limited to responding to customer e-mail, processing reports and other side duties

    • All other tasks as assigned by management

    SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

    High School diploma or equivalent, strong organizational, communication and decision- making skills, Must be computer literate with familiarity in Microsoft Outlook, Excel. Possess professional telephone technique. Prior Experience in a Dispatch Department is beneficial.

    • Strong computer and typing skills, such as the ability to navigate the internet, toggle between multiple windows and consistently utilize frequent key strokes.

    • Ability to handle projects and duties simultaneously while staying within established metrics of call center.

    • Positive attitude and punctuality.

    • Must have a minimum of 1 year of call center experience

    Employee Provided Equipment: Employee agrees to provide and maintain the following equipment and office requirements and observe the following guidelines:

    Computer Requirements:

    • PC running Windows 7 or Windows 8 (not RT)

    • Minimum 3 GB RAM

    • Minimum 5 GB free hard drive disk space

    • Minimum CPU: Intel Pentium Core 2 Duo, Intel Core i3, AMD Phenom X3, or AMD Athlon II X3

    • Minimum Sound Adapter: Onboard or add-on sound card

    • Minimum Internet Browser: Chrome (Must say up to date under About Google Chrome)

    • Current anti-virus software with updated definitions

    • Firewall installed and operating or Windows firewall turned on

    Internet Requirements:

    • Minimum -- Broadband or LAN subscription through reliable, high-speed, hardwired bi-directional Internet connection with minimum Ethernet access method (not Wifi)

    • We DO NOT support satellite

    Internet Speeds:

    • Download - 5 Mbps

    • Upload - 2 Mbps

    Headset Requirements:

    • A USB or stereo headset that plugs via USB or TRS connector port into your computer.

    • Headset minimum requirements:

    Must feature a microphone

    • Connects through USB or TRS connector port

    •  Features a mute button

    •  Must be operational while being hands-free
