The General Motors Austin Contact Center opened its 100,000+ sq foot facility in Austin in August 1999. The Consumer Facing Center houses up to 550 Advisors. It is an outsourced center with Alorica as the current supplier. Alorica has more than 100,000 employees in 150 locations across 16 countries around the globe. The Austin site is open 7 days a week from 7am to 8pm CST.
