Afternoon Tea With Women In Leadership

Join your Austin Contact Center Alliance peers for an Afternoon Tea discussing Women in Leadership Topics. This 1st Annual event will feature our keynote speaker, Tiesa Hollaway, Executive Director for Hill Country Community Ministries and include several roundtable conversational topics. This event will be an engaging, interactive conversation and each attendee is encouraged to bring their perspective and ideas while enjoying some fun networking, "fancy food" and of course, some afternoon tea with your community peers. 

Valet parking will be available for $30 per vehicle at the Driskill Hotel.

Meet Our Keynote Speaker

In 2015, Tiesa Hollaway began her work as the new Executive Director for Hill Country Community Ministries.  Hollaway brings to HCCM amazing energy, enthusiasm and 20+ years of proven nonprofit and organizational development, knowledge and experience.  In the past 7 years, HCCM has grown from serving just over 13,000 individuals to OVER 91,000 individuals in 2021.  HCCM has consistently distributing over 1 MILLION pounds of food the past couple of years, that’s 28+ semi-trucks FULL of food.  More importantly, HCCM went from just 6 programs to 18 programs, 22 collaborative partners PLUS opening a thrift store to HELP our neighbors in need even more. 

Tiesa Hollaway is a Cedar Park Leadership graduate, twice. She is also a Leander Leadership graduate, where she spear headed their service project “Laces for Leander” in 2014. To date, Laces has distributed nearly 7,000 pairs of brand new athletic shoes just before the 1st day of school.  Tiesa is a member of the e-Rotary Club of Austin.  She has served on the Leander Chamber Board of Directors for over 10 years.  Tiesa also volunteers her time at the schools, athletics, her church and mentors when she is called to do so.  Hollaway attended Kansas State University.  She has received numerous awards for her service work such as “Rotarian of the Year” in 2008 & 2012.  She was named “Affiliate of the Year” in 2009 & 2012 by the Williamson County Association of Realtors.  She is a Paul Harris fellow & was inducted into the Rotary District 5870 “Roll of Fame” in 2014.  Tiesa Hollaway accepted the Leander Chamber of Commerce 2016’s Non-Profit of the Year for Hill Country Community Ministries.  And in 2017 Tiesa Hollaway received “Citizen of the Year” by the Leander Chamber of Commerce. 

Tiesa Hollaway is married to Michael Hollaway, owner and operator of HD Electric.  Between them, they have five children and 6 grand kids.  When they aren’t doting on their children and grandchildren, they love to spend time with family and serving others.  You can find Tiesa always doing something outdoors. Her hobbies consist of traveling, hiking, travel baseball, adventure races and volunteering…. And she is a Beekeeper as well, owning and operating My Hot Honey Bees in Florence.
