Site Tour - Austin Energy

Our final event of 2022 will be a site tour at Austin Energy. This site tour will be a free event and will be limited to 60 attendees. Attendees will be asked to bring 2 cans of food for donation to a local food pantry. 

The Austin Energy team will be sharing with you information about all the teams that comprise their Customer Care organization - from the Contact Center through Back Office functions. 

Lunch will be provided and visitor parking is available at no cost.
