Leading With Authenticity

Authentic Leadership has been a hot topic for years. In the face of low employee engagement, high turnover, and rising mental health costs for employers, leaders have scrambled to humanize the workplace without losing sight on KPIs. How does adding authenticity to leadership create a more hospitable team environment and healthy workplace culture? How does a leader start to introduce authenticity, and how much authenticity is too much for a productive workplace?

In this workshop -- yes, there will be lecture, small group discussion, and practice! -- we will learn how authenticity impacts your employees' trust in you. We will address challenges in balancing authenticity with leadership responsibilities. We will practice simple exercises for building trust that you can take back to your teams.
