Devon’s Bio: Devon Mychal is a Senior Manager of Product Marketing at Talkdesk, where he leads a team responsible for Talkdesk’s Workforce Engagement Management products, competitive intelligence, and seasonal release marketing. Devon began his career at Deloitte, where he focused on the development of global go-to-market strategies and covered the business impact of transformational technology trends related to human capital management, the future of mobility, and industry 4.0. After transitioning into SaaS product marketing with companies like Dynamic Signal and Talkdesk, Devon has become a subject matter expert on using cutting edge technologies to facilitate better employee communication, increase employee engagement, and provide better customer experiences.

Neil’s Bio: Neil DeWitte is a Product Manager with Talkdesk focusing on Supervisor Experience and Performance Management solutions. He has over 20 years of combined experience in professional services delivery and software development in workforce engagement management. In addition to onboarding new agents, he has worked with many of the largest legacy solutions on the market with extensive subject matter expertise in WFM, QM, Speech, Feedback, E-Learning and BI Reporting. Neil stays actively involved in professional organizations including ATD, SWPP and QATC.
