    • Network, encourage all staff to attend networking events to learn fresh ideas and views
    • Build relationships, help others get what they want and they will help you in turn
    • Game Changer Award and Recognition Program to encourage employees to make radical differences in how we operate.  The criteria is bigger than continuous improvement, we aant them to challange how we've always done things and be accountable for ensuring we make progress.
    • Home based agent program success depends on changing culture and using IT to manage agents virtually
    • Over Communicate whenever change is happening.  People fear change when they don't know what is going to happen and how it affects them
