More than 3 million people have since taken Gallup's StrenghtsFinder assessment.  In recent years\, while continuing to learn more about strenghts\, Gallup scientists have also been examining decades of data on the topic of leadership.  They studied more than 1 million work teams\, conducted more than 20\,000 in-depth interviews with leaders and\, even interviewed more than 10\,000 followers worldwide.  The question? "Why do people follow the most important leader in their life"?\n During this presentation\, participants will learn the results of Gallup's research and how it can impact their development as leaders.  Participants will also discuss the strenghts based movement and how to leverage strenghts and manage gaps. \n Leadership is a learned skill\, not a birthright!
